Telure for a trampoline court · $499/mo

Court walks that can't be batch-signed

Paper court-walk sheets signed once at close are exactly what this vertical's insurance market has stopped believing. Telure replaces them with a per-item, per-person, tamper-evident record of walks, component work, and closures.

The demo is a full fictional facility, Vertigo Springs Trampoline Park, with a year of records. No account needed.

Day to day

The paper court-walk sheet signed once at close disappears: court monitors tap each bed, pad, and pit item on a phone as they walk it, foam-pit depths land as recorded numbers instead of guesses, and overdue inspections escalate on their own. Nobody re-files sheets, and nobody signs for a floor they didn't walk.

When a claim surfaces

When a claim surfaces two seasons later, a batch-signed sheet says almost nothing; Telure says who checked which court position, at what time, with the bed and spring-set history and the pit's measured fill series behind it. Records are append-only and hash-chained, corrections appear as visible amendments, and an incident freezes that court's prior inspection history in place.

At renewal

Your insurance market has stopped believing assurances. Walk into renewal with a dated, paginated export (walks, component work, closures, gaps reported explicitly) whose integrity anyone can check at floorkept.com/verify; a documented program like that can factor favorably into underwriting.

What you get, running a trampoline court

Component history, position by position

Register beds, spring sets, and pads by court position with serials. Every replacement, out-of-service call, and return to service is an attributed, dated event, so "which bed at which position, when, and by whom" has an answer.

Foam pit numbers, not guesses

A recurring measured check (fill level, depth at the corners, cull dates) turns foam retirement from a guess into a dated series you can show. The pit's whole history lives on one record.

Closures and reopenings with names attached

Taking a court or attraction out of service is a recorded event: who closed it, why, and who authorized reopening. Facility-wide closure days are declared with reasons the gap report cross-references.

Recalls checked against what you run

Public recall data is polled daily and compared against your registered components, serial ranges included. A match opens a documented response flow instead of a bulletin nobody saw.

Records that cannot be quietly edited

Entries are immutable once submitted (enforced by the database, not policy) and hash-chained so alteration is detectable. Corrections appear as visible amendments. That is the difference between a checklist app and evidence.

The renewal packet, on demand

A dated, paginated PDF for any period: adherence and gaps reported explicitly, per-item attribution shown, closures cross-referenced, integrity verification printed on the cover and checkable by anyone at floorkept.com/verify.

An incident freezes its history

Logging an incident writes a hash-locked snapshot of the prior 90 days of inspection history for that court into the incident itself: exactly which records existed at that moment, provable years later.

Built for seasonal turnover

New court monitors learn Telure in minutes: pick your name, walk the check, tap pass or flag, PIN to sign. No shared logins, no knowledge that leaves when the season does.

Court staff currency, visible at a glance

Court rules, spotting and first aid sit on one board: people down the side, topics across the top. A colleague signs off each item as they watch it done, renewals count down from the date it was completed, and every sign-off lands in the same ledger as the court walks. Expiring shows up 30 days out, not on the day it lapses.

The Telure Standards for a trampoline court

A Telure-curated list of recurring inspections and reviews. In the product it works as an alignment tracker: you turn it on, match the work you already run to the clauses it covers, and record a reason for any clause that does not apply here. Turning it on adds no tasks, and it is not a certification. The manufacturer’s manual governs all equipment intervals.
