For insurers & brokers
Don’t take the operator’s word for it. Don’t take ours either.
A Telure export is a dated, paginated record of walks, maintenance, training, and incidents: attributed per item, gaps reported explicitly, and checkable for tampering by anyone with the file. No account needed.
Telure documents an operator’s work. It is not a safety system and never certifies a facility.
Try the whole loop right now: the sample export is a real export from our fictional demo facility, registered like any other. Its Document ID is on its cover. Drop it here and watch it pass, or use the standalone page at floorkept.com/verify.
What you actually get
Adherence against operating days, per-item attribution, closures cross-referenced, amendments visible, and missing days printed as missing, never papered over.
Why it’s hard to fake
Records are append-only and hash-chained with server timestamps; each walk item carries the moment it was tapped. A 45-second walk is distinguishable from a real one.
What to ask your accounts for
A Telure packet for the policy period. A documented, verifiable program can factor favorably into underwriting: that judgment stays yours.
The mechanism is published in full, down to the exact hash recipe: how tamper evidence works.
One baseline, weighed the same way
The Telure Standards
Self-reported safety programs are hard to weigh because no two look alike. The Telure Standards are a curated baseline of recurring inspections and reviews per Standard pack: the same named clause list, for every facility of that type that turns the tracker on. A facility matches the work it already runs to the clauses it covers, and the export states how much of the list has a check behind it. Clauses marked not applicable require a written reason and print beside that figure, with the full change history, so turning the tracker on the week before renewal is visible by design. Each set is versioned and publishes a basis register listing exactly what it is grounded in: read the Standards and their basis registers.
Groups and franchises
Portfolio summaries, same guarantees
Where an insured operates multiple locations, Telure’s Brand HQ gives the group a portfolio view with escalations owned and clocked. For underwriting a group or franchise book, that means portfolio summaries built on the same per-facility record guarantees: each location keeps its own append-only ledger, and the summary is drawn from records that report gaps explicitly. Brand packets verify the same way facility exports do. Want to see a vertical’s record in the product? Every pack has a live read-only demo →
What this is not. Telure is a documentation and record-keeping tool. It does not perform inspections, does not determine that anything is safe or compliant, and does not certify conformance with any standard. The presence of records does not mean work was done competently, and Telure makes no representation about the accuracy of what a facility’s personnel recorded. Your underwriting judgment is your own; these records are an input whose provenance you can trust, not a conclusion.
