Telure for a trampoline & tumbling floor · $199/mo
Coverage checks the discipline runs on
Class software runs the roster and the billing, but the frames, the end decks, and the pit have no record at all. Telure gives a trampoline & tumbling gym a per-item, per-person, tamper-evident history of the checks and component work its class software was never built to hold.
The demo is a full fictional facility, Basin Air Trampoline & Tumbling, with a year of records. No account needed.
Day to day
End-deck and spotting-mat coverage stops living in coaches' heads, and the credential dates come off the whiteboard: the daily walk is tapped item by item on a phone, pit depth is a recorded number instead of a squint at the fill line, and the rebuild after meet travel is a dated setup verification, not a memory.
When a claim surfaces
When it matters, you can show which bed was on which frame, who confirmed the end decks that morning, and what the pit measured: per-item timestamps and names on an append-only, hash-chained ledger where corrections are visible amendments. In a gym full of minors, logging an incident freezes that history into the record on the spot.
At renewal
Renewal becomes a dated, verifiable export (frame walks over beds, cables, and springs, deck-coverage checks, measured pit depths, credential reviews, meet closures cross-referenced) instead of a verbal assurance that the decks are always out. A documented program like that can factor favorably into underwriting.
What you get, running a trampoline & tumbling floor
A history for every frame, component by component
Register competition frames with their beds, cables, and springs as serialized equipment. Every swap, out-of-service call, and return to service is a dated, attributed event: which bed, on which frame, when, and by whom.
Setup verified after every move
Frames fold, travel to meets, and come back. The setup and tension verification is a recorded task you can repeat and date after any transport or reconfiguration: no more undocumented rebuilds.
Pit numbers instead of pit guesses
A recurring measured check (depth at the entry edge and corners against the fill line) turns foam retirement into a dated series instead of an argument. The pit's whole life sits on one record.
Rod floor and tumble track on the record
Air-pressure readings recorded as check notes; seam and bed condition dated and attributed. When the track feels different, the record can say when it changed.
Credential reviews before the lapse
Every coach's credentials, safety training and background-check dates sit on one board: people down the side, topics across the top, one ring per cell. A colleague signs off each item as they watch it done, renewals count down from the date it was completed, and lapses surface 30 days out rather than at audit.
Records that cannot be quietly edited
Entries are append-only and hash-chained (enforced by the database, not policy), so alteration is detectable. Corrections appear as visible amendments with reasons. In a gym full of minors, that difference is the whole point.
An incident freezes its history
Logging an incident writes a hash-locked manifest of the prior 90 days of inspection history for that area into the incident itself. The weeks-long manual reconstruction after an injury becomes a lookup.
The export your class software can't print
A dated, paginated PDF for any period: adherence and gaps reported explicitly, per-item attribution shown, closures cross-referenced, and a Document ID with a registered digest anyone can check at floorkept.com/verify.
The Telure Standards for a trampoline & tumbling floor
A Telure-curated list of recurring inspections and reviews. In the product it works as an alignment tracker: you turn it on, match the work you already run to the clauses it covers, and record a reason for any clause that does not apply here. Turning it on adds no tasks, and it is not a certification. The manufacturer’s manual governs all equipment intervals.
