The wind-claim record, written every morning

When a wind claim lands, the record that decides it (anchor counts, ballast weights, the reading at opening) usually doesn't exist. Telure makes those numbers a timestamped, attributed, tamper-evident part of every operating day.

The demo is a full fictional facility, Whistle Creek Bounce Park, with a year of records. No account needed.

Day to day

The per-setup paper sheet riding in the truck cab is gone: your crew opens the check from a QR, each unit's anchor count and ballast spec sits right on the item they're confirming, and the opening wind reading is logged in the same walk. Nothing to collect, transcribe, or lose between sites.

When a claim surfaces

A wind claim is decided by whether anchor counts, ballast weights, and the opening reading were recorded before the gust, not recalled after it. Telure timestamps and attributes each of those numbers the moment it's tapped, holds them on an append-only hash chain where corrections appear as visible amendments, and freezes that day's record into any incident you log.

At renewal

When your renewal asks how you manage wind and anchoring, you produce a dated, verifiable export (readings and anchor confirmations shown day by day and name by name, closure days cross-referenced) instead of assurances. A record like that can factor favorably into underwriting.

What you get, running an inflatable attractions

The anchor plan out of the binder

Each unit's anchor count and ballast spec is written into its check items and equipment record, so the phone doing the walk shows the requirement right next to the confirmation: no manual to go dig out of the truck.

Patch and seam history a unit can't lose

Every patch, re-glue, and seam repair is a dated, attributed event on the unit's record. A unit's structural history stops being whatever somebody remembers and becomes something you can pull up and print.

Blowers matched against public recall data

Register blowers with manufacturer, model, and serial, and public recall data is polled daily against them, serial ranges included. A match opens a documented response flow instead of a bulletin nobody saw.

Registration renewals that warn you first

Certificate renewal is an annual task with an assignee, email reminders, and overdue escalation, so an expired registration stops being something you discover standing in front of a customer.

A dated record for every setup

Telure records per facility today. Mobile crews make that work by logging each event setup as a dated check (the location in the notes, wind and anchor items confirmed on site), so every address you inflate at leaves a record.

Records that cannot be quietly edited

Every entry is append-only and hash-chained; the database itself refuses silent edits, and corrections appear as visible amendments. What you hand an adjuster is evidence, not an editable spreadsheet.

An incident freezes the record

Logging an incident writes a hash-locked snapshot of the prior 90 days of inspection history for that unit into the incident itself: exactly which checks, repairs, and readings existed at that moment, provable later.

The claim packet, on demand

A dated PDF for any period: opening readings and anchor confirmations shown per item and per person, closure days cross-referenced by the gap report, and a Document ID anyone can verify at floorkept.com/verify.

Who is trained on what, on one board

People down one side, training topics across the top, one ring per cell showing how far along somebody is. A colleague signs off each item as they watch it done, renewals count down from the date it was completed, and anyone a topic does not apply to is marked so rather than left looking overdue. Expiring shows up 30 days out, not on the day it lapses.

The Telure Standards for an inflatable attractions

A Telure-curated list of recurring inspections and reviews. In the product it works as an alignment tracker: you turn it on, match the work you already run to the clauses it covers, and record a reason for any clause that does not apply here. Turning it on adds no tasks, and it is not a certification. The manufacturer’s manual governs all equipment intervals.
