Telure for a dance studio · $99/mo

Studio walks with a name and a time on every item

Studio management software schedules classes and collects tuition but records nothing about the floor those classes happen on. Telure gives a studio a light, attributed record of marley, barre, and mirror condition, proportionate to a small facility, and ready the day a parent or insurer asks.

The demo is a full fictional facility, Tidemark Dance Academy, with a year of records. No account needed.

Day to day

The opening walk stops being a job that belongs to nobody, and the sticky-note repair list disappears. Checks run from any phone via a QR, an instructor signs with a PIN, and reminders with overdue escalation keep barre and mirror checks actually recurring. The whole routine takes minutes a week.

When a claim surfaces

Your studio runs in front of an audience: parents in the observation area, and a floor full of minors. If a slip at the doorway or a lifted marley seam ever becomes a question, you can show a record where every check carries a name and a timestamp, entries are append-only and hash-chained, and corrections appear as visible amendments, never silent edits.

At renewal

A small studio's renewal usually rests on good faith. A dated, verifiable export (weeks of marley walks, barre load-tests, and repairs visibly closed, with per-item attribution and a Document ID checkable at floorkept.com/verify) gives your carrier something concrete, and a documented program can factor favorably into underwriting.

What you get, running a dance studio

A floor with a history

Register the sprung floor and each marley roll set with install dates and retire-by dates. Every re-tape, tear repair, and condition note becomes an attributed, dated event on that surface's own record instead of a memory.

Barre and mirror checks that actually recur

Bracket load-tests and mirror mount checks run on a set cadence with an assignee, email reminders, and overdue escalation. A check that can't happen this week is blocked with a reason, not silently skipped.

A tear becomes a tracked repair

Flag a lifted seam or a loose bracket with a photo and it opens a corrective-action item: out of service, repaired, returned; each step attributed and linked to the ledger, so the loop visibly closes.

Records a parent can be shown

With a room full of minors and parents watching from the lobby, the record matters. Entries are append-only and hash-chained (enforced by the database, not policy), and corrections appear as visible amendments, never silent edits.

The proof packet, on demand

A dated, paginated PDF for any period: checks with per-item attribution, repairs, closures cross-referenced against the gap report, and a Document ID anyone can verify at floorkept.com/verify.

An incident freezes its history

Logging an incident writes a hash-locked snapshot of the prior 90 days of inspection history for that studio into the incident itself: exactly which records existed at that moment, provable later.

Light enough for a two-studio operation

The Standard is deliberately lean, floor staff need only a PIN, and the whole routine takes minutes a week. Purpose-built record-keeping sized (and priced) for the smallest facility on our list.

Who is trained on what, on one board

People down one side, training topics across the top, one ring per cell showing how far along somebody is. A colleague signs off each item as they watch it done, renewals count down from the date it was completed, and anyone a topic does not apply to is marked so rather than left looking overdue. Expiring shows up 30 days out, not on the day it lapses.

The Telure Standards for a dance studio

A Telure-curated list of recurring inspections and reviews. In the product it works as an alignment tracker: you turn it on, match the work you already run to the clauses it covers, and record a reason for any clause that does not apply here. Turning it on adds no tasks, and it is not a certification. The manufacturer’s manual governs all equipment intervals.
