Telure for a zip line course · $299/mo
The brake test becomes a record
The morning brake test is the single most litigated fact in a zip line incident, and at most courses it happens without leaving a record. Telure turns every test ride, cable measurement, and wind call into a timestamped, attributed entry that cannot be quietly edited.
The demo is a full fictional facility, Juniper Rim Ziplines, with a year of records. No account needed.
Day to day
The test rides you already run at dawn finally document themselves: each span's brake check is tapped and signed on a phone by the guide who rode it, and the weekly cable walk records broken wires and measured diameters per span as they happen. No end-of-week transcription, no binder to reconstruct when someone asks for it.
When a claim surfaces
The morning brake test is the most litigated fact in a zip line incident, and in Telure it exists: timestamped, attributed to the guide who rode, on an append-only, hash-chained ledger where corrections appear as visible amendments. Log an incident and every prior record for that span is frozen into it, provable years later.
At renewal
When your carrier asks how you know the brakes were tested every morning, you hand them a dated export (test rides, cable numbers per span, wind holds, closures) with a digest anyone can verify at floorkept.com/verify, not a recollection. A recorded program like that can factor favorably into underwriting.
What you get, running a zip line course
A cable log per span, against real thresholds
The weekly cable walk records broken wires per lay, measured diameter, bird-caging, and termination condition as numbers per span: a dated series against retirement thresholds instead of an inspection by feel.
Brake units on their serials
Register every primary brake and arrest device with manufacturer, model, serial, and install date. Service intervals live on each unit, and every completion is a dated, attributed entry: the unit's whole life on one record.
Recall data checked against your hardware
Public recall data is polled daily and matched against your registered equipment, serial ranges included. A hit opens a documented response flow instead of a notice nobody saw.
Storm walks and wind holds, on the record
Policy says a storm triggers a re-inspection. Telure lets you run the course check again as an extra dated, attributed walk, log the wind reading as an item, and declare wind closures the gap report cross-references. The decision to open or hold stops being verbal.
Screening steps with a name on them
Scale zero, the screening sheet, and the weight-limit steps sit on the opening check as items: each tap timestamped and attributed, so the person responsible for screening that day is on the record.
No quiet edits, ever
Entries are append-only (enforced by the database, not policy) and hash-chained so any alteration is detectable. Corrections appear as visible amendments beside the original. That is evidence, not a checklist app.
An incident freezes the span's history
Logging an incident writes a hash-locked manifest of every prior record for that span into the incident itself: exactly which records existed at that moment, provable years later.
The claim file, exported in minutes
A dated, paginated PDF for any period: brake tests, cable numbers, closures, and corrective actions with per-item attribution. Document ID and digest registered, checkable by anyone at floorkept.com/verify.
Who is trained on what, on one board
People down one side, training topics across the top, one ring per cell showing how far along somebody is. A colleague signs off each item as they watch it done, renewals count down from the date it was completed, and anyone a topic does not apply to is marked so rather than left looking overdue. Expiring shows up 30 days out, not on the day it lapses.
The Telure Standards for a zip line course
A Telure-curated list of recurring inspections and reviews. In the product it works as an alignment tracker: you turn it on, match the work you already run to the clauses it covers, and record a reason for any clause that does not apply here. Turning it on adds no tasks, and it is not a certification. The manufacturer’s manual governs all equipment intervals.
