Telure for a waterpark · $599/mo

Slide walks, joint by joint

Your chemistry controller already handles the water. Nobody handles the mechanical record. Telure gives every slide a per-joint, per-person, tamper-evident history: walks, closures, ride vehicles, and annual inspection deficiencies tracked to closure.

The demo is a full fictional facility, Driftwater Bay Waterpark, with a year of records. No account needed.

Day to day

The tower clipboard (one signature over a whole slide complex at close) disappears. A QR hands the joint-by-joint walk to any attendant's phone, two attendants can split a complex and watch answers fill in live, and the annual inspection report files against a recurring task with a next-due date instead of going into a drawer.

When a claim surfaces

When the slide-closure question comes (why was it closed, and who authorized reopening), you have more than radio memory. Every closure, reopening, and joint check is a per-item, timestamped, attributed entry on an append-only, hash-chained ledger, and corrections appear as visible amendments beside the original, never as quiet edits.

At renewal

At renewal, instead of assuring your carrier that the walks happen, you hand over a dated, verifiable export: a season of flume walks, ride-vehicle checks, closures, and inspection deficiencies tracked to closure, with integrity anyone can check at floorkept.com/verify. A documented program like that can factor favorably into underwriting, and it says more than a clipboard ever could.

What you get, running a waterpark

The annual inspection, with a next-due date

The manufacturer and engineering inspection becomes a recurring annual task instead of a PDF in a drawer: the report files against the task, every cited deficiency opens a corrective-action item, and the export shows each one resolved, or still open, with a name on it.

Closures and reopenings with names attached

Taking a slide out of service is a recorded event: who closed it, why, and who authorized reopening. Facility-wide closure days are declared with reasons the gap report cross-references. No more reconstructing a closure from radio memory.

Ride vehicles, unit by unit

Register tubes, rafts, and mats with in-service and retire-by dates. Every seam repair, out-of-rotation call, and return to service is an attributed, dated event, so a unit's structural history is on the record, not in someone's head.

Attraction components matched to public recall data

Public recall data is polled daily and compared against your registered slides, pumps, and ride vehicles, serial ranges included. A match opens a documented response flow instead of a bulletin nobody saw.

Records that cannot be quietly edited

Entries are immutable once submitted (enforced by the database, not policy) and hash-chained so alteration is detectable. Corrections appear as visible amendments. That is the difference between an editable checklist and evidence.

An incident freezes its history

Logging an incident writes a hash-locked snapshot of the prior 90 days of inspection history for that attraction into the incident itself: exactly which records existed at that moment, provable years later.

Chemistry stays with your controller

Telure doesn't titrate anything. It sits beside your chemistry tooling as the mechanical attraction record, the half of the record-keeping picture that today has no purpose-built system at all.

The export inspectors and underwriters can verify

A dated, paginated PDF for any attraction and period: adherence and gaps reported explicitly, per-item attribution shown, closures cross-referenced, integrity verification printed on the cover and checkable by anyone at floorkept.com/verify.

Lifeguard currency, visible at a glance

Cards, in-service drills and orientations sit on one board, people down the side and topics across the top. A colleague certifies each item as they watch it, renewals count down from the date it was completed, and the whole board reads at a glance. Expiring shows up 30 days out, not on the day it lapses.

The Telure Standards for a waterpark

A Telure-curated list of recurring inspections and reviews. In the product it works as an alignment tracker: you turn it on, match the work you already run to the clauses it covers, and record a reason for any clause that does not apply here. Turning it on adds no tasks, and it is not a certification. The manufacturer’s manual governs all equipment intervals.

The starter daily walk

  • Flume sections aligned at joints: no gaps, steps, or protruding fasteners
  • Riding surfaces smooth at hand check: no cracks, blisters, or rough seams
  • Water flowing at every slide start before the first dispatch
  • No pooling water at flume low points or on exit runouts
  • Stair treads and landings dry: non-slip strips intact
