Telure for a surf lagoon · $499/mo

Surface walks that leave a record

Your aquatics platform keeps the water side; nothing keeps the ride. Telure is the record for the surfaces riders actually hit (composite sheets, grates, and padding), plus machinery service history, rescue drills, and the board fleet, all attributed, dated, and tamper-evident.

The demo is a full fictional facility, Painted Sky Surf Park, with a year of records. No account needed.

Day to day

The invoice folder stops standing in for your machinery history. Vendor visits become dated interval completions on the pump or drive itself, the pre-session dry walk runs from any phone via a QR, and rescue drills carry an assignee, reminders, and overdue escalation instead of living on a whiteboard.

When a claim surfaces

Surface failure is this ride's characteristic injury source, so the question that matters is when that sheet, grate, or padding run was last checked, and by whom. Every surface item carries its own timestamp and name on an append-only, hash-chained ledger, corrections appear as visible amendments, and logging an incident freezes a hash-locked snapshot of exactly the walks and closures that existed at that moment.

At renewal

The renewal conversation for a surf park turns on what you can actually show. A dated, verifiable export (surface walks, machinery service, drill records, and closures, with per-item attribution and integrity checkable at floorkept.com/verify) replaces assurances, and a documented program like that can factor favorably into underwriting.

What you get, running a surf lagoon

Machinery history out of the invoice folder

Register pumps, drives, grates, and screens with serials and per-component service intervals. Vendor visits become dated interval completions on the component itself: a queryable history instead of a stack of invoices nobody can search.

A board fleet you can query

Every session board is a registered item. Dings, pulls from service, repairs, and returns are attributed, dated events, and retire-by dates mean tired boards leave the rack on a record instead of a guess.

Rescue drills that actually got run

Drills are recurring tasks with an assignee, email reminders, and overdue escalation. Scenario, roles, and timings get recorded on completion. The drill record stops being folklore and becomes a series you can show.

Recalls checked against what you run

Public recall data is polled daily and compared against your registered boards, leashes, and flotation gear, serial ranges included. A match opens a documented response flow instead of a bulletin nobody saw.

Closures and reopenings with names attached

Dropping the wave or closing a lane is a recorded event: who closed it, why, and who authorized reopening. Declared closure days are cross-referenced by the gap report, so a drain-down day never reads as a missed walk.

Records that cannot be quietly edited

Entries are immutable once submitted (enforced by the database, not policy) and hash-chained so alteration is detectable. Corrections appear as visible amendments beside the original. That is the difference between a checklist app and evidence.

An incident freezes its history

Logging an incident writes a hash-locked snapshot of the wave's prior inspection history into the incident itself: exactly which surface walks, grate checks, and closures existed at that moment, provable years later.

The packet your insurer asked for

A dated, paginated PDF for any period: adherence and gaps reported explicitly, per-item attribution shown, closures cross-referenced, integrity verification printed on the cover and checkable by anyone at floorkept.com/verify.

Who is trained on what, on one board

People down one side, training topics across the top, one ring per cell showing how far along somebody is. A colleague signs off each item as they watch it done, renewals count down from the date it was completed, and anyone a topic does not apply to is marked so rather than left looking overdue. Expiring shows up 30 days out, not on the day it lapses.

The Telure Standards for a surf lagoon

A Telure-curated list of recurring inspections and reviews. In the product it works as an alignment tracker: you turn it on, match the work you already run to the clauses it covers, and record a reason for any clause that does not apply here. Turning it on adds no tasks, and it is not a certification. The manufacturer’s manual governs all equipment intervals.
