Telure for a skatepark · $199/mo

Evidence, not an editable checklist

Generic asset tools keep skatepark records editable and unattributed, the opposite of what a claims defense needs. Telure makes every sweep, feature walk, and repair an immutable, per-person, timestamped record with the photo history to show what progressed and what you did about it.

The demo is a full fictional facility, Tidebreak Skatepark, with a year of records. No account needed.

Day to day

The sweep sheet on the office clipboard disappears: a QR hands the morning walk to any phone, every feature is tapped off as it's checked, and the post-storm walk your policy requires becomes scheduled, recorded work instead of a habit nobody can prove. Answering "did the walks happen this month" takes a minute, not an afternoon of digging.

When a claim surfaces

When a claim letter names a rail, you produce that feature's whole story: every shake test with a person and a minute attached, the photo history of the delamination edge, the out-of-service call and the attributed return. Entries live in an append-only, hash-chained ledger where corrections appear as visible amendments, everything an editable asset tool's records are not.

At renewal

At renewal, or across the table from the city's risk manager, you hand over a dated, paginated export with per-item attribution, gaps reported honestly, and an integrity check anyone can run at floorkept.com/verify. A documented recurring-inspection program can factor favorably into underwriting, and for a municipal park it is exactly the record a claims defense asks for.

What you get, running a skatepark

Sweeps that name a person and a minute

Each item on the morning sweep is timestamped the moment it's tapped, by the person who tapped it, never one signature over the whole park at close. A QR hands the walk to any phone, and staff sign with a PIN, so attribution survives turnover.

Per-feature photo history

Delamination edges, coping wear, and proud fasteners get photographed on the flag that reports them. Over months, a feature's record shows the progression and the response: the difference between "we watched it and acted" and having nothing to show.

Post-storm walks, recorded

The post-storm inspection your policy already requires becomes a recorded, attributed check instead of a habit nobody can prove. Declared closure days are cross-referenced by the gap report, so a rained-out week reads as closed, not as skipped inspections.

Every feature is a registered record

Register ramps, rails, ledges, and coping runs with install dates and position codes. Out-of-service calls, repairs, and returns to service are attributed, dated events, so "which feature, when, and by whom" always has an answer.

Found, fixed, closed, with names

A failed shake test opens a corrective-action item linked to the ledger: the feature comes out of service with a reason, the fix is documented, and reopening is an attributed event. Nothing resolves silently.

An incident freezes the feature's history

Logging an incident writes a hash-locked snapshot of the prior 90 days of inspection history for that area into the incident itself. The reconstruction that used to take days of digging is captured at the moment it matters, provable years later.

The claims packet, on demand

A dated, paginated PDF for any period: adherence and gaps reported explicitly, per-item attribution shown, closures cross-referenced, integrity verification printed on the cover and checkable by anyone at floorkept.com/verify.

Who is trained on what, on one board

People down one side, training topics across the top, one ring per cell showing how far along somebody is. A colleague signs off each item as they watch it done, renewals count down from the date it was completed, and anyone a topic does not apply to is marked so rather than left looking overdue. Expiring shows up 30 days out, not on the day it lapses.

The Telure Standards for a skatepark

A Telure-curated list of recurring inspections and reviews. In the product it works as an alignment tracker: you turn it on, match the work you already run to the clauses it covers, and record a reason for any clause that does not apply here. Turning it on adds no tasks, and it is not a certification. The manufacturer’s manual governs all equipment intervals.
