Telure for a roller rink · $199/mo

A record for every rental pair

Your POS runs sessions and parties; nothing in the building records the condition of the rental fleet, the floor, or the rails. Telure is that record: per-pair, per-item, attributed, and tamper-evident.

The demo is a full fictional facility, Grand Circuit Skate Center, with a year of records. No account needed.

Day to day

The opening-walk clipboard sheet disappears: a QR hands the walk to any phone, two people split the building and watch answers fill in live, and a part-time floor guard learns the whole flow in minutes. Fleet cycling stops living in someone's memory: the recurring task says which pairs are due, and each pair's record shows what was done.

When a claim surfaces

When a claim names a pair of skates, you produce that pair's own history (wheel swaps, toe stops, the pull from the rack), every event timestamped and attributed in an append-only, hash-chained ledger where corrections appear as visible amendments. Your POS can prove a session happened; it can't say a word about the skates.

At renewal

At renewal you hand over a dated, paginated export (the fleet cycle, floor walks, rail checks, gaps reported honestly) that your insurer can verify at floorkept.com/verify. A documented recurring-inspection program can factor favorably into underwriting; "we check everything daily" cannot.

What you get, running a roller rink

The floor between resurfacings

Coating wear, opening seams, and sticky spots become dated, photographed observations on a recorded walk: a series that shows progression and your response, not a surprise at the next recoat. Recoat weekends are declared closure days the gap report cross-references.

Daily walks with names and times

Every item on the opening walk is timestamped the moment it's tapped, by the person who tapped it, never one signature over a clipboard sheet. A QR hands the walk to any phone, and two people can split the building and watch answers fill in live.

From flag to fixed, with the lane closed in between

A failed item opens a flag with a photo, the rail section or skate pair goes out of service with a reason, the fix lands in a corrective-action queue, and the return to service is signed. The whole loop links back to the ledger.

Records that cannot be quietly edited

Once submitted, an entry is permanent (enforced by the database, not policy) and hash-chained so any alteration is detectable. Corrections happen as visible amendments layered on top, never as silent edits.

Recalls checked against the fleet you actually run

Public recall data is polled daily and compared against your registered skates and equipment, serial ranges included. A match opens a documented response flow instead of a notice nobody saw.

An incident freezes its history

Logging an incident writes a hash-locked snapshot of the prior inspection records for that part of the building into the incident itself: exactly what existed at that moment, provable years later.

An export anyone can verify

A dated, paginated PDF for any period (adherence and gaps, per-item attribution, closures) with a Document ID and digest registered at floorkept.com/verify, so an insurer or attorney can confirm it is genuine.

Built for a part-time crew

Floor guards and counter staff learn Telure in minutes: pick your name, walk the check, tap pass or flag, PIN to sign. No shared logins, and the record stays when the school year takes your staff.

Who is trained on what, on one board

People down one side, training topics across the top, one ring per cell showing how far along somebody is. A colleague signs off each item as they watch it done, renewals count down from the date it was completed, and anyone a topic does not apply to is marked so rather than left looking overdue. Expiring shows up 30 days out, not on the day it lapses.

The Telure Standards for a roller rink

A Telure-curated list of recurring inspections and reviews. In the product it works as an alignment tracker: you turn it on, match the work you already run to the clauses it covers, and record a reason for any clause that does not apply here. Turning it on adds no tasks, and it is not a certification. The manufacturer’s manual governs all equipment intervals.
