The re-tension log, finally real

A pressure-mounted pole loosens in normal use, and in a detachment claim the only question that matters is whether re-tension checks were logged. At most studios they happen between classes, by feel, with no record. Telure turns them into a timestamped, attributed, tamper-evident log, pole by pole.

The demo is a full fictional facility, Solstice Pole Studio, with a year of records. No account needed.

Day to day

The re-tension clipboard nobody actually keeps stops being a job: instructors wrench-check between classes and sign from the phone in their hand, pole by pole, in the seconds they already spend at the base. Bearing-service due dates track themselves per pole, so "when was P-3 last torn down" stops being an archaeology question.

When a claim surfaces

If a pole ever detaches, the case turns on whether re-tension checks were logged, and a paper log produced after the fact persuades no one. Every check here is timestamped when it happens and PIN-signed by the instructor who did it, on a hash-chained ledger that cannot be quietly edited; logging an incident freezes the studio's prior check history into the record on the spot.

At renewal

When renewal comes around, a dated PDF of every re-tension check, mat deployment, and bearing service, with a verifiable digest printed on the cover, says more than telling your insurer the checks happen. A documented recurring-inspection program can factor favorably into underwriting.

What you get, running a pole studio

A record for every pole

Register each pole with its serial, mount type, and what's above the ceiling; the notes hold the structure detail nobody wrote down at install. Every out-of-service call and return to service is a dated, attributed event on that pole's history.

Bearing service off memory, onto a schedule

Set each pole's teardown and bearing-service interval per the manufacturer's schedule. Telure tracks next-due per pole, surfaces what's overdue, and keeps every completed service as a dated entry, not a guess about "sometime last spring".

X-joints and mounts on a cadence

The Telure Standard schedules the checks that live in nobody's calendar: weekly wrench checks and dome-plate inspections, monthly x-joint and spin-bearing rounds, an annual qualified-person look above the ceiling line, with assignees, email reminders, and overdue escalation.

Crash mat deployment on the record

Mat deployment is a daily check item: confirmed per studio, per day, by a named person. Mat condition runs on a weekly inspection, and retire-by dates keep compressed foam from quietly staying in rotation.

Records that cannot be quietly edited

Once a check is signed it's immutable (enforced by the database, not policy) and hash-chained so alteration is detectable. Corrections appear as visible amendments. In a detachment claim, that's the difference between a log and evidence.

An incident freezes its history

Logging an incident writes a hash-locked snapshot of the studio's prior check history into the incident record itself: exactly which re-tension entries existed at that moment, provable years later.

The export you can hand an insurer

A dated, paginated PDF for any period: every re-tension check, gap, closure, and service entry, with per-item attribution shown and an integrity digest printed on the cover, checkable by anyone at floorkept.com/verify.

Who is trained on what, on one board

People down one side, training topics across the top, one ring per cell showing how far along somebody is. A colleague signs off each item as they watch it done, renewals count down from the date it was completed, and anyone a topic does not apply to is marked so rather than left looking overdue. Expiring shows up 30 days out, not on the day it lapses.

The Telure Standards for a pole studio

A Telure-curated list of recurring inspections and reviews. In the product it works as an alignment tracker: you turn it on, match the work you already run to the clauses it covers, and record a reason for any clause that does not apply here. Turning it on adds no tasks, and it is not a certification. The manufacturer’s manual governs all equipment intervals.
