The reset becomes a record
A ninja gym rebuilds its course every week, and the rebuild (fastener torque, pins and clips, pad re-coverage) is exactly when failures get introduced, yet no record names the setter who signed the floor back into service. Telure makes every reset a timestamped, attributed inspection event and puts hanging hardware, rig connections, and manufacturer cadences on one tamper-evident record.
The demo is a full fictional facility, Gauntlet Works Ninja Gym, with a year of records. No account needed.
Day to day
The clipboard reset sheet your setters were supposed to initial disappears: they sign each lane back into service from a phone as they walk it, and the record is done when the walk is. Manufacturer daily, weekly, and monthly cadences schedule themselves with reminders and overdue escalation, so nobody spends Monday reconstructing what got checked.
When a claim surfaces
When a claim asks what changed in the course the week before a fall, a stack of initialed sheets can't say which fasteners were torqued, which pads were re-centered, or who signed the floor open. Telure can: every reset item is timestamped as it's tapped and PIN-signed by the setter, on an append-only hash-chained ledger where corrections appear as visible amendments beside the original.
At renewal
At renewal, hand your broker a dated export of a year of reset sign-offs, hanging-hardware history, and closed corrective actions, with a digest anyone can check at floorkept.com/verify. A consistently documented inspection program can factor favorably into underwriting, and it's a stronger position than assuring anyone the resets happened.
What you get, running a ninja course
Hanging hardware by item and batch
Shackles, quick links, and slings go in the registry with serials or batch codes, in-service dates, and retire-by dates. Every swap, out-of-service call, and return is an attributed dated event: wear stops being tracked by memory.
Truss and rig checks that actually happen
Connection and base-plate checks move from policy to a recurring task with an assignee, email reminders, and overdue escalation. Each completion is a dated ledger entry against the rig itself.
Manufacturer cadences, mapped and tracked
Daily items live on the opening check, weekly and monthly work runs as recurring tasks, and per-equipment service intervals sit on the hardware they belong to. Nothing depends on someone remembering the manual.
Pad coverage verified, not assumed
Re-coverage items on every reset sign-off and gap checks on the daily walk make pad placement a record. A found gap becomes a flag with a photo, an open corrective item, and a documented closure.
A ledger nobody can quietly fix
Entries are append-only and hash-chained, with immutability enforced by the database. Corrections happen as visible amendments beside the original: the record shows both, which is what makes it evidence.
Recall data matched to your hardware
Public recall data is polled daily against your registered equipment, serial ranges included. A hit opens a documented response flow instead of relying on someone spotting a bulletin.
An incident freezes its history
Logging an incident writes a hash-locked manifest of the prior 90 days of inspection history for that lane into the incident itself: exactly which resets, checks, and hardware events existed at that moment, provable later.
The export that answers "show me"
A dated PDF for any period: per-item attribution, reset sign-offs, hardware history, gaps and closures cross-referenced, with a Document ID and digest anyone can check at floorkept.com/verify.
Who is trained on what, on one board
People down one side, training topics across the top, one ring per cell showing how far along somebody is. A colleague signs off each item as they watch it done, renewals count down from the date it was completed, and anyone a topic does not apply to is marked so rather than left looking overdue. Expiring shows up 30 days out, not on the day it lapses.
The Telure Standards for a ninja course
A Telure-curated list of recurring inspections and reviews. In the product it works as an alignment tracker: you turn it on, match the work you already run to the clauses it covers, and record a reason for any clause that does not apply here. Turning it on adds no tasks, and it is not a certification. The manufacturer’s manual governs all equipment intervals.
