Telure for an indoor snow slope · $499/mo
Carpet-lift checks with a timestamp on every item
An indoor snow center runs lifts, a rental fleet, and a refrigeration plant, and keeps the records for all three on clipboards, because nobody has built tooling for this facility type. Telure is that tooling: per-item, per-person, tamper-evident records for the lift line, the rack, and the plant room.
The demo is a full fictional facility, Frostline Indoor Snow Center, with a year of records. No account needed.
Day to day
The clipboard by the operator hut disappears: carpet-lift checks are tapped off item by item on any phone, and the morning record exists before the first guest loads. Plant questions stop meaning an hour in the invoice folder: every contractor visit is filed against the component it touched.
When a claim surfaces
When something happens at a lift exit, you show the per-item history behind that lift: e-stop tests, comb and mat checks, belt tracking, each entry timestamped and attributed in an append-only, hash-chained ledger where corrections appear as visible amendments. Logging the incident freezes a hash-locked snapshot of that history at the exact moment it matters.
At renewal
Your insurer has never been offered a purpose-built record from an indoor snow center, because the tooling didn't exist. At renewal you bring a dated, paginated export (lifts, fleet, plant, gaps reported explicitly) verifiable at floorkept.com/verify, and a documented program like that can factor favorably into underwriting.
What you get, running an indoor snow slope
The rental fleet, unit by unit
Register skis, boards, boots, and helmets with serials and in-service dates. Condition cycling becomes recurring recorded work, and pulling a damaged board from the rack is an attributed out-of-service event with a note, not a sticky tag that falls off.
Plant history the invoice folder can't answer
Compressors, chillers, pumps, and snow guns as individual components with service intervals. Every contractor visit becomes a dated, attributed interval completion on the component it touched, a queryable per-component history instead of a stack of vendor invoices.
Closures and reopenings with names attached
Taking a lift, a lane, or the whole slope out of service is a recorded event: who, when, and why, and who authorized reopening. Declared closure days are cross-referenced by the gap report, so a defrost weekend never reads as a lapse.
Recalls checked against what you rack
Public recall data is polled daily and compared against your registered rental fleet and components, serial ranges included. A match opens a documented response flow instead of a notice nobody at the shop counter ever saw.
Records that cannot be quietly edited
Entries are immutable once submitted (enforced by the database, not policy) and hash-chained so alteration is detectable. Corrections appear as visible amendments beside the original. That is the difference between a checklist app and evidence.
An incident freezes its history
Logging an incident writes a hash-locked snapshot of the prior 90 days of inspection history for that area into the incident itself: exactly which lift checks and slope walks existed at that moment, provable years later.
Purpose-built where nothing was
Ski resorts have mountain-ops platforms; indoor snow centers have had nothing. Telure is the first record system built for this vertical, and the dated, verifiable PDF export (checkable by anyone at floorkept.com/verify) is the packet your insurer or landlord has never been offered before.
Who is trained on what, on one board
People down one side, training topics across the top, one ring per cell showing how far along somebody is. A colleague signs off each item as they watch it done, renewals count down from the date it was completed, and anyone a topic does not apply to is marked so rather than left looking overdue. Expiring shows up 30 days out, not on the day it lapses.
The Telure Standards for an indoor snow slope
A Telure-curated list of recurring inspections and reviews. In the product it works as an alignment tracker: you turn it on, match the work you already run to the clauses it covers, and record a reason for any clause that does not apply here. Turning it on adds no tasks, and it is not a certification. The manufacturer’s manual governs all equipment intervals.
