Telure for an indoor playground · $199/mo

Purpose-built for soft play, not the city park

The inspection tools that exist assume a city park, and the records that decide a hygiene claim (who sanitized what, with which agent, for how long) mostly don't exist. Telure gives commercial soft play a per-item, attributed, tamper-evident record of walks, sanitation, and repairs.

The demo is a full fictional facility, Acorn Alley Indoor Playground, with a year of records. No account needed.

Day to day

The laminated cleaning checklist initialed at close disappears: attendants open the walk from a QR, split the structure across two phones, and every sanitation step files itself with the agent, dwell time, and name attached. Nobody re-copies paper logs into a binder at the end of the week.

When a claim surfaces

A hygiene claim asks who sanitized what, with which agent, and for how long, and "we clean regularly" is not a record. In Telure every step is a timestamped, attributed entry on an append-only hash chain, corrections appear as visible amendments, and logging an incident freezes that area's sanitation and inspection history at that exact moment.

At renewal

At renewal you hand over a dated, verifiable export (every walk and sanitation step attributed per item, gaps stated explicitly) instead of describing your routine from memory. A consistent record like that can factor favorably into underwriting.

What you get, running an indoor playground

The walk that finds the tear first

Each item is timestamped the moment it's tapped, by the person who tapped it. A QR hands the walk to any phone, and two attendants can split the structure and watch answers fill in live, so netting tears and exposed foam turn up on your record before they turn up in a parent's complaint.

Sanitation with an agent, a dwell time, and a name

Hygiene is this vertical's dominant complaint and claim theme, and "we clean regularly" is not a record. Sanitation steps live on the daily check: who wiped down the pit surround, when, with which agent and how long it dwelled, attributed and timestamped, every day.

Every panel, pad, and shape on a registry

Register net panels, slides, padding, and soft shapes with install and retire-by dates. Repairs, out-of-service calls, and returns to service are attributed, dated events, and registered equipment is matched daily against public recall data, serial ranges included.

Signage checks that leave a record

Age, weight, and capacity signage becomes one tap on the daily walk plus a monthly audit on a cadence. "Posted, legible, correctly placed" turns into a dated series instead of an assumption nobody can evidence.

Records that cannot be quietly edited

Entries are immutable once submitted (enforced by the database, not policy) and hash-chained so alteration is detectable. Corrections appear as visible amendments. When a hygiene or injury claim lands, that is the difference between a checklist app and evidence.

An incident freezes its history

Logging an incident writes a hash-locked snapshot of the prior inspection and sanitation history for that area into the incident itself: exactly which records existed at that moment, provable years later.

One location, one complete record, honestly

Telure runs per facility today: each location keeps its own full record. For a multi-site or franchise operator that means every location can produce the same dated, verifiable PDF export (checkable at floorkept.com/verify), and a location that stopped logging shows it the moment you ask for one.

Who is trained on what, on one board

People down one side, training topics across the top, one ring per cell showing how far along somebody is. A colleague signs off each item as they watch it done, renewals count down from the date it was completed, and anyone a topic does not apply to is marked so rather than left looking overdue. Expiring shows up 30 days out, not on the day it lapses.

The Telure Standards for an indoor playground

A Telure-curated list of recurring inspections and reviews. In the product it works as an alignment tracker: you turn it on, match the work you already run to the clauses it covers, and record a reason for any clause that does not apply here. Turning it on adds no tasks, and it is not a certification. The manufacturer’s manual governs all equipment intervals.
