Air-quality readings off the clipboard
Where jurisdictions require indoor air-quality logging, the CO and NO2 record lives on a clipboard, and the resurfacer maintenance history that explains those numbers lives somewhere else entirely. Telure puts the readings, the machine history, the plant rounds, and the rental fleet into one attributed, tamper-evident ledger.
The demo is a full fictional facility, Long Meadow Ice Arena, with a year of records. No account needed.
Day to day
The air-quality clipboard by the boards and the plant notebook on top of the condenser both disappear: CO and NO2 numbers go in as daily-check items from any phone, and the plant round is readable from the front office the moment it's walked. Nobody re-copies readings at month-end, and nobody hunts for the sheet while the inspector stands in the lobby.
When a claim surfaces
When an inspector or an adjuster asks about air quality, you show readings timestamped at entry and attributed to the person who took them, with the meter's calibration history and the resurfacer's maintenance record in the same append-only, hash-chained ledger. Corrections appear as visible amendments beside the original, which is the difference between a logbook and evidence.
At renewal
At renewal your broker gets a dated, paginated export (readings, plant rounds, the rental-skate cycle, gaps reported explicitly) with a Document ID anyone can verify at floorkept.com/verify. A verifiable record of the program you actually ran can factor favorably into underwriting; a clipboard can't be verified at all.
What you get, running an ice rink
Resurfacer history beside the readings
Register the resurfacer with its serial and service intervals. Every blade change, preventive-maintenance completion, and out-of-service event becomes a dated, attributed entry in the same ledger as the air readings, so machine condition and air numbers can finally be read side by side.
A record for every rental pair
Register pairs individually and cycle the fleet on a recurring task: blade condition, boot state, holder hardware. Pulling a pair, repairing it, and returning it to the rack are recorded events with names attached: no more cycling by memory.
Plant rounds that leave the compressor room
The plant walk becomes a timestamped, per-item record readable from the front office, not a notebook on top of the condenser. A round that can't happen is blocked with a reason, and a round that didn't happen surfaces in the gap report.
Ice depth as numbers, not impressions
Record depth-grid measurements, edge condition, and board and glass findings on a recurring survey. The dated series shows the surface was managed. When a rut or a cracked pane gets flagged, the fix is a linked corrective action with a photo, not a verbal handoff between shifts.
Records that cannot be quietly edited
Entries are immutable once submitted (enforced by the database, not policy) and hash-chained so any alteration is detectable. Corrections appear as visible amendments beside the original. That is the difference between a logbook and evidence.
Recalls checked against your registry
Public recall data is polled daily and compared against your registered equipment (resurfacer, rental skates, meters), serial ranges included. A match opens a documented response flow instead of a notice nobody saw.
An incident freezes its history
Logging an incident writes a hash-locked snapshot of the prior 90 days of inspection history for that area into the incident itself: exactly which readings, walks, and maintenance entries existed at that moment, provable years later.
The inspection packet, on demand
A dated, paginated PDF for any period: readings and rounds with per-item attribution, adherence and gaps reported explicitly, closures cross-referenced, and a Document ID anyone (inspector or adjuster) can verify at floorkept.com/verify.
Who is trained on what, on one board
People down one side, training topics across the top, one ring per cell showing how far along somebody is. A colleague signs off each item as they watch it done, renewals count down from the date it was completed, and anyone a topic does not apply to is marked so rather than left looking overdue. Expiring shows up 30 days out, not on the day it lapses.
The Telure Standards for an ice rink
A Telure-curated list of recurring inspections and reviews. In the product it works as an alignment tracker: you turn it on, match the work you already run to the clauses it covers, and record a reason for any clause that does not apply here. Turning it on adds no tasks, and it is not a certification. The manufacturer’s manual governs all equipment intervals.

The demo facility
Walk Long Meadow Ice Arena before you sign anything
A fictional ice rink with a year of real-shaped records: clean days, a flagged item that opens and closes a corrective loop, an amendment, an incident with its frozen history. Every demo PIN is 0000.
