Telure for a climbing wall · $299/mo

Daily checks that walk the floor with you

Rope logs on clipboards, auto-belay service records in a binder, and a daily walk signed once at close: none of it survives an underwriter's questions. Telure replaces the binder with a per-item, per-person, tamper-evident record.

The demo is a full fictional facility, Bishop Rock Climbing, with a year of records. No account needed.

Day to day

The clipboard rope log and the auto-belay binder go away: staff walk the floor with a phone, tap each item as they reach it, and weekly rope logs, function tests, and recert dates surface and escalate on their own. Your manager stops re-copying serials into a binder and chasing missed signatures at close.

When a claim surfaces

A daily walk signed once at close is one signature over the whole gym; Telure records who checked which wall, mat seam, and auto-belay, item by item, at the moment it happened. Entries are append-only and hash-chained, corrections appear as visible amendments, and logging an incident freezes the prior 90 days of that zone's inspection history into the record, exactly what gets asked for years later.

At renewal

At renewal, hand your underwriter a dated, paginated export (gaps reported explicitly, per-item attribution shown, integrity verification printed on the cover) instead of assuring them the binder is current. A documented, verifiable inspection program can factor favorably into underwriting.

What you get, running a climbing wall

Every answer carries a name

Attribution is per item, not one signature for the whole form. Staff identify by PIN at the desk or on their phone, and the record shows who tapped what, when.

A ledger that can prove itself

Records are immutable once submitted (enforced by the database, not policy). Every entry is SHA-256 hash-chained to the one before it, and the chain re-verifies live. Corrections appear as visible amendments; nothing is ever silently edited.

Recurring work that escalates

Weekly rope logs, monthly function tests, annual recertifications: each task surfaces on the day it's due, escalates as it goes overdue, and can email its assignee ahead of time. Nothing falls through.

Auto-belay intervals, tracked per device

Daily, functional and manufacturer-recertification cadences per unit, with serial numbers in the record and escalating visibility as dates approach. The manufacturer's manual governs.

Recall monitoring while you sleep

Published recall data is polled daily and compared against your registered equipment, serial ranges included. Matches open a documented response flow.

Incidents snapshot the history

Every record is already immutable. Logging an incident goes further: it writes a hash-locked snapshot of the prior 90 days of inspection history for that zone or device into the incident itself: exactly which records existed at that moment, provable years later.

Built for turnover

New staff learn Telure in minutes: pick your name, walk the check, tap pass or flag, PIN to sign. No training binder, no floor logins to provision, no knowledge that walks out the door when someone moves on.

Proof on demand

A dated, paginated PDF for any period: gaps reported explicitly, amendment history included, per-item attribution shown, integrity verification printed on the cover. Hand it to an insurer, an attorney, or an incoming manager and get back to work.

A practice program from day one

Turn on the Telure Standard and you get a clause list for your facility type and a running figure for how much of it your own work covers. It adds no tasks: you attribute the checks you already run, and the gaps are visible. A documented program can factor favorably into underwriting. A starting point you adapt, not a certification.

Belay check-offs that stay on the record

Belay sign-offs, auto belay orientation and first aid cards sit on one board: people down the side, topics across the top. A lead certifies each item as they watch it done, renewals count down from the date it was completed, and every sign-off lands in the same ledger as the walks. Expiring shows up 30 days out, not on the day it lapses.

The Telure Standards for a climbing wall

A Telure-curated list of recurring inspections and reviews. In the product it works as an alignment tracker: you turn it on, match the work you already run to the clauses it covers, and record a reason for any clause that does not apply here. Turning it on adds no tasks, and it is not a certification. The manufacturer’s manual governs all equipment intervals.
