Mat checks that can't be batch-signed
Class-management software runs the rosters and the billing and holds not one inspection record: mat checks are batch-signed paper, credential expiries hide in member profiles, and event-week floor rebuilds go unrecorded. Telure gives the facility a per-item, per-person, tamper-evident record of all of it.
The demo is a full fictional facility, Emberline Allstars, with a year of records. No account needed.
Day to day
The batch-signed mat sheet after last practice goes away: coaches split the floor over QR and each mat logs itself as it's tapped, live. The credential-expiry hunt through individual member profiles collapses into one facility-level review with reminders, and post-event reset checks schedule themselves through showcase season instead of living in someone's head.
When a claim surfaces
With a floor full of minors, the question after an incident is exactly which records existed at that moment, and one signature across a whole sheet can't show which seam was checked, when, or by whom. Here every mat and seam is its own timestamped, attributed line on an append-only hash-chained ledger, corrections appear as visible amendments, and logging an incident freezes the area's prior record into it.
At renewal
At renewal you can hand over a dated export (mat walks, measured pit depths, credential reviews, post-event re-inspections, gaps and closures) with a digest anyone can check at floorkept.com/verify. That beats assurances, and a documented recurring-inspection program can factor favorably into underwriting.
What you get, running a cheer program
Credential expiries reviewed at facility level
A recurring facility-wide review with email reminders replaces expiry dates scattered across individual member profiles. Anything inside the window becomes a corrective item with an owner and a due date, and the record shows the review actually happening, month after month.
A floor with a history
Register the spring floor as equipment and every weekly seam walk, monthly subfloor rotation, out-of-service call, and return to service becomes an attributed, dated event, so "when was that dead spot found and what was done" has an answer.
Pit condition in numbers
A recurring measured check (fill against the line, depth where tumblers land, cull counts removed and added) replaces "the pit seems fine" with a dated series you can put in front of anyone.
The rebuild becomes a record
Showcase and choreography weeks mean the floor comes apart and goes back together constantly, and the rebuild is when gaps appear. A post-event reset re-inspection makes every re-lay a recorded, attributed event: not just the build, the check of the build.
Recalls checked against what you own
Public recall data is polled daily and compared against your registered mats, tracks, and floor components, serial ranges included. A match opens a documented response flow instead of a notice nobody saw.
No silent edits, ever
Entries are append-only and hash-chained, enforced by the database rather than policy, so alteration is detectable and corrections appear as visible amendments. That is what separates evidence from a checklist app.
When something happens, the history is already frozen
Logging an incident writes a hash-locked snapshot of the prior inspection record for that area into the incident itself. With a floor full of minors, being able to prove exactly what records existed at that moment is the whole game.
The packet, on demand
A dated, paginated PDF for any period (adherence and gaps stated explicitly, per-item attribution shown, closure days cross-referenced) with a Document ID and digest anyone can check at floorkept.com/verify.
Who is trained on what, on one board
People down one side, training topics across the top, one ring per cell showing how far along somebody is. A colleague signs off each item as they watch it done, renewals count down from the date it was completed, and anyone a topic does not apply to is marked so rather than left looking overdue. Expiring shows up 30 days out, not on the day it lapses.
The Telure Standards for a cheer program
A Telure-curated list of recurring inspections and reviews. In the product it works as an alignment tracker: you turn it on, match the work you already run to the clauses it covers, and record a reason for any clause that does not apply here. Turning it on adds no tasks, and it is not a certification. The manufacturer’s manual governs all equipment intervals.
