Telure for a challenge course · $300/mo
A binder that can finally answer by element
The programs your course answers to require written inspection and maintenance records, and a paper binder cannot produce them by element or by date range when an inspector, insurer, or attorney asks. Telure keeps that history per element, per person, and tamper-evident, exportable for any area and any period.
The demo is a full fictional facility, Maple Hollow Challenge Course, with a year of records. No account needed.
Day to day
The course binder, the PPE index cards, and the certification spreadsheet stop costing you afternoons: checks file themselves against each element as facilitators walk, retire-by dates surface before they pass, and the quarterly currency review lands on someone's calendar with reminders. Producing one element's two-season history becomes an export, not a page-turning session.
When a claim surfaces
When most of your participants are minors, the condition-and-maintenance record carries the negligence question, and a batch-signed binder page can't say who checked which element's belay cable, or when. Telure's record is per element and per person, seasonal staff and volunteers included, append-only and hash-chained, with corrections as visible amendments and incidents that freeze an element's prior history in place.
At renewal
The written records your programs already require become your renewal packet: a dated export for any element and any period, attribution shown, with a digest anyone can verify at floorkept.com/verify. A documented program like that can factor favorably into underwriting.
What you get, running a challenge course
PPE lifecycle off the index cards
Register harnesses, helmets, ropes, lanyards, and belay devices with in-service dates and retire-by dates. Retirement deadlines stop passing silently, and the retirement schedule an inspector asks for is a report, not a card box.
Every check signed by a person
Each item is timestamped the moment it's tapped, by the person who tapped it, seasonal staff and volunteers included. A QR hands the walk to any phone, a PIN identifies the walker, and there are no shared logins and no batch signature over a whole course.
Facilitator currency on a cadence
A recurring review task with an assignee and email reminders puts practitioner-level and first-aid currency on the calendar every quarter: a dated, signed review instead of a spreadsheet that alerts no one before something lapses.
The annual inspection becomes a loop
File the professional inspection report against its annual task, then open a corrective-action item for every cited deficiency. Each one moves flag to open to resolved, linked to ledger entries, so next season you can show what was cited, what was done, and by whom.
Documentation built for a roster of minors
When most participants are minors, waiver protection is thinnest and the condition-and-maintenance record carries the negligence question. Per-item, per-person, tamper-evident records (with exports anyone can verify at floorkept.com/verify) put your program's diligence on paper.
Records that can't be quietly rewritten
Entries are append-only and hash-chained (enforced by the database, not by policy). Corrections happen as visible amendments with stated reasons, never silent edits. That is what turns a checklist into evidence.
Recalls matched to the gear wall
Public recall data is polled daily and compared against your registered harnesses, helmets, and belay devices, serial ranges included. A match opens a documented response flow instead of a notice nobody forwarded.
An incident freezes the element's history
Logging an incident writes a hash-locked manifest of the prior 90 days of inspection history for that element into the incident itself: exactly which records existed at that moment, provable seasons later.
Who is trained on what, on one board
People down one side, training topics across the top, one ring per cell showing how far along somebody is. A colleague signs off each item as they watch it done, renewals count down from the date it was completed, and anyone a topic does not apply to is marked so rather than left looking overdue. Expiring shows up 30 days out, not on the day it lapses.
The Telure Standards for a challenge course
A Telure-curated list of recurring inspections and reviews. In the product it works as an alignment tracker: you turn it on, match the work you already run to the clauses it covers, and record a reason for any clause that does not apply here. Turning it on adds no tasks, and it is not a certification. The manufacturer’s manual governs all equipment intervals.
