Telure for a bike park · $299/mo

Post-weather walks that leave a record

A trail-status app tells riders what's open. It is not a record of who inspected which feature, when, or what was done about the soft board they found. Telure is that record: attributed, tamper-evident feature walks, a per-unit rental fleet history, and recall monitoring against the serials in your racks.

The demo is a full fictional facility, Switchback Ridge Bike Park, with a year of records. No account needed.

Day to day

The shop-wall whiteboard and the post-storm radio thumbs-up both retire: the feature walk is assigned, per-feature work on the crew's phones, and every fork service and brake bleed lands on the unit's serial instead of a marker scrawl. You stop chasing "did anyone walk the jump line?" The answer is already timestamped.

When a claim surfaces

When a claim asks what you knew about that soft deck board and when, you hold per-item, per-person timestamps on an append-only, hash-chained ledger, with corrections as visible amendments rather than overwrites. A status board can't say who probed the ladder drop last Tuesday and what they did about it; this can.

At renewal

At renewal you hand your broker a dated, verifiable export (feature walks with attribution, fleet service by serial, storm closures cross-referenced, gaps stated explicitly) instead of assuring them the walks happen. A documented, adhered-to inspection program can factor favorably into underwriting.

What you get, running a bike park

A photo history for every feature

Flag a soft deck board with a photo, and the corrective-action queue carries it from flag to open item to resolved, each step attributed, dated, and linked on the ledger. Over seasons that becomes the thing no bike park has: deterioration and the response to it, shown side by side.

Rot and fasteners on a cadence, not a vibe

The weekly wooden-feature walk (probe for soft wood, sight for proud and backed-out fasteners) is recurring, assigned work with email reminders and overdue escalation. If the crew can't get to a line, the task is blocked with a reason instead of silently skipped.

The rental fleet, unit by unit

Every bike registered with manufacturer, model, and serial. Fork and shock service, brake bleeds, and pad swaps land on the unit as dated interval completions, and pulling a bike from the fleet is an out-of-service event with an attributed note, so any unit's history is one lookup, not a shop-wall whiteboard.

Recalls checked against your serials

Bikes, forks, and helmets sit in one of the most recall-active product categories there is. Telure polls public recall data daily and matches it against your registered fleet (serial ranges included), and a hit opens a documented response flow instead of a bulletin nobody saw.

A status board is not an inspection record

Telure entries are immutable once submitted (enforced by the database, not policy) and hash-chained so alteration is detectable. Corrections appear as visible amendments. When a claim asks what you knew about a feature and when, that is the difference between an app and evidence.

An incident freezes the feature's history

Logging an incident writes a hash-locked snapshot of the prior 90 days of inspection history for that line into the incident itself: exactly which walks, flags, and repairs existed at that moment, provable years later.

The claim packet, on demand

A dated, paginated PDF for any period: feature walks with per-item attribution, the fleet's service history, closures cross-referenced, gaps reported explicitly, plus a Document ID and digest anyone can check at floorkept.com/verify.

Who is trained on what, on one board

People down one side, training topics across the top, one ring per cell showing how far along somebody is. A colleague signs off each item as they watch it done, renewals count down from the date it was completed, and anyone a topic does not apply to is marked so rather than left looking overdue. Expiring shows up 30 days out, not on the day it lapses.

The Telure Standards for a bike park

A Telure-curated list of recurring inspections and reviews. In the product it works as an alignment tracker: you turn it on, match the work you already run to the clauses it covers, and record a reason for any clause that does not apply here. Turning it on adds no tasks, and it is not a certification. The manufacturer’s manual governs all equipment intervals.
