Data involved: For the help assistant: the text of questions typed into it and the help-documentation excerpts retrieved to answer them, never facility records. For AI-assisted import, which is off until a facility's owner turns it on: the photographs, scans or PDFs someone uploads for conversion, and the facility's own vocabulary lists (its name, areas, employee types, equipment types) sent as context. Spreadsheet and pasted-text imports are parsed by Telure and are not sent. API inputs and outputs are not used by the provider to train models.

Transactional email

Resend, Inc.

Data involved: Recipient address and message content of operational email (task reminders, alerts, sign-in invitations)

Inbound email (a facility's Telure address at in.telu.re)

Data involved: Sender address, subject and body of email sent to a facility's inbound address, and replies the facility sends from it
